Shipping

All our packages are sent with Track & Trace through CTT, who is the national postal company in Portugal. With Track & Trace we can provide you more security, knowing the location of the package, attempts to delivery and what time was delivered. We feel comfortable knowing that our packages are getting delivered on time and to whom it should be delivered to.

In the event that the order is returned due to an incorrect address, it will be returned only after confirmation of new address and after re-payment of the shipping costs. If, at the time of delivery, the customer is not at the indicated address, the order will be in the CTT of the area of the address for 5 working days. After this deadline, the order will be returned to Mind The Trash head office. For reshipment, new payment must be made.

All orders received and paid before 4 pm (CET) will be sent the same day. Once the order is placed, you will receive two confirmation emails. The first is our official order confirmation that you will receive shortly after completing your payment. The second will contain your Track & Trace code and a PDF invoice of your purchase. Orders will only be sent after payment is confirmed.

Official delivery information from CTT:

National (Portugal): 1 day

Europe: 3 workings days

Rest of the world: 5 working days.

Please be aware that this time schedule not always is correct as there typically is several companies involved when shipping to other countries than Portugal. Mind the Trash cannot be held accountable for late deliveries, however we do our absolute best to ensure that you have your products as quickly as possible.
